Spiny Babbler International Film Festival (2023) award distribution ceremony of third season was conducted at Rastrya Nachghar,Jamal,Kathamandu on the date 6-7-2023 A.D. This festival was organized by Spiny Babbler Movies Pvt Ltd. This Film Festival was sponsored by Ambition Guru and Metro Tyre and Tread Pvt Ltd.
